He is a Life streamer, via uStream. It is caused by abnormalities in parts of the brain that control muscle movements. The most common are a lack of muscle coordination when performing voluntary movements (ataxia); stiff or tight muscles and exaggerated reflexes (spasticity); walking with one foot or leg dragging; walking on the toes, a crouched gait, or a âscissoredâ gait; and muscle tone that is either too stiff or too floppy. He lives his life to the fullest, and he is a wonderful testament to the fact that people with disabilities should never be considered by others to be less capable than anyone else. The early signs of Cerebral Palsy usually appear before a child reaches 3 years of age.

Although Earl has to face challenges due to his disability, he doesn’t let them stand in his way. Even though Cerebral Palsy affects muscle movement, it isnât caused by problems in the muscles or nerves. He is 32 years old, and has Cerebral Palsy.
